Situated in the sought after picturesque village of Brockenhurst, Greenwood offers versatile accommodation in this light and spacious house suitable for couples,families and multi generational visitors. This semi-detached contemporary property has been recently refurbished creating a welcoming holiday home to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

The accommodation provides excellent, multipurpose living space, giving your party plenty of space to spread out during your stay. The property includes a large and comfortable lounge with wood burning stove (excellent for those chillier wintery evenings), two dining areas, conservatory, and sun room. The large, attractive garden is a wonderful haven during the summer months, an ideal spot for relaxing in with chiminea, barbecue and comfortable garden furniture.

Greenwood is an ideal base for exploring the village and the rest of the New Forest National Park.  With the property so centrally located all essential amenities can be found within walking distance including an array of shops, pubs, cafés and restaurants in the village centre. The mainline railway station is within 5 minutes’ walk of the property and has services to London, Southampton, Lymington and Bournemouth.

The New Forest is an excellent destination for cyclists and walkers. Bikes can be hired locally in the village, with miles of cycle routes close by to enjoy. Greenwood is a delightful, welcoming holiday home which we have no hesitation in recommending for a holiday in the New Forest.

The comfortable lounge includes a wood burning stove, sofas and smart TV including Netflix and Sky package. DVD player.
Archway through to dining area with dining table and chairs for six. 
Door to south west facing sun room with a dining table and 4 chairs. Doors to garden. 
Spacious conservatory with comfortable seating, speakers for iPod and doors to rear garden. A selection of DVD’s, board games and outdoor games can be found in the conservatory along with picnic equipment for use during your stay.

To the rear of the property is a good sized, private, enclosed south west facing rear garden mainly laid to lawn. A covered fish pond is a feature of the garden.  Young children must be supervised at all times in the garden. Doors from the conservatory open onto a good sized paved patio with pergola, chiminea and climbing shrubs over, table, chairs and barbecue.
