Superb lawned gardens surround the property, with decking and covered al fresco dining area leading out from the lounge, which will seat up to 16, with sun loungers, sun deck and steps down to the lawn. Gate from the garden leads directly to the coastal path and golden sandy beach, only 50 yards away.
