Little Haven, a detached two bedroom bungalow, is located in a residential area close to the centre of the pretty little East Devon town of Colyton, with its tearooms, shops and traditional pubs. This property is ideally situated for enjoying all that this lovely part of the English countryside has to offer and provides comfortable, very good quality accommodation for those seeking a holiday home close to local amenities and just a short drive from the coast. The bungalow includes a very well equipped kitchen and separate dining room along with a comfortable lounge that has doors opening to a small enclosed rear garden. There is a double bedroom and a second bedroom with twin beds.  Easy access to the off-road parking makes this a good choice for those wanting to explore the local area by car during their stay. The owners welcome well behaved dogs.

The popular Seaton Tramway, running along the Axe estuary to the local seaside town, stops a short walk away and offers a relaxing way to discover the local area. The whole of the Jurassic coast, now a world heritage site, is within easy reach and the lovely West Dorset seaside town of Lyme Regis is only about 15 minutes away by car. For those that enjoy a culinary treat, celebrity chef Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's River Cottage shop and restaurant are also nearby in the East Devon market town of Axminster. 

Detached bungalow on one level. Ground floor: Lounge with TV/DVD and doors to enclosed garden and patio (a few steps down). Fitted kitchen with gas oven and hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Separate dining room. Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Bathroom with bath, power shower over bath and W.C.

Off-road parking for one car on the driveway.

Perfect location within easy walking distance of countryside walks, and the village centre. The owner was friendly and the bungalow was spacious, clean and well equipped. We all enjoyed our stay there.

Beautiful bungalow , clean and everything you need for a wonderful stay, also in a lovely spot , so quiet, and lots of walks for our dog straight from the front door. Pub just down the road for excellent lunches and dog friendly too. Colyton residents very friendly. Perfect holiday. Hope to return again.
