This charming modern two bedroom mews style property with private parking is situated in a peaceful courtyard just a few paces off the popular Lymington High Street. With curved wall, high ceiling, Juliette balcony and feature picture window in the open plan first floor living area, guests will enjoy a relaxing break in a contemporary holiday home.  1 Heathcote Mews is ideal for couples or a small family wanting a town base with M&S Food hall (two minute walk) Waitrose and several pubs, shops and restaurants all within walking distance.  The popular waterfront is a ten minute walk away whilst the wonderful New Forest National Park with miles of open heathland for walkers and cyclists a ten minute drive. 

For couples or families wishing to holiday together but require their own space this property can booked with B206 Oakside which is situated next door.

There is a small seating area to the front of the cottage overlooking the courtyard. As the outside space is small, Victory Park at Lymington Sports Ground is just a short walk away including tennis courts.

The cottage was in an ideal location for all amenities in Lymington and was very well furnished and a delight to stay in, my wife wants to buy it lol. Our 15 year old loved access to Netflixs when the weather was bad and we enjoyed a day watching movies, very relaxing. Would highly recommend this property to anyone thinking our staying in the New Forest

This cottage is ideally located for both coast and forest lovers. Perfectly situated close to the amenities on the High Street and an easy walk to the quay. Great restaurants nearby to cater for every taste and budget. We found the cottage to be a perfect size for 3 but think that 4 people would be a bit of a squeeze in terms of sleeping and bathroom arrangements. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in the cottage! The location was perfect for us with our baby to stroll out for provisions and the perfect base to explore the coast and the new forest. The house was just lovely, exceptionally clean and the bed was the comfiest I've ever slept in!! Would absolutely recommend this cottage to friends and family

The location of the house was first class, especially for us M&S lovers. The inside was beautifully light upstairs and all the furnishings were of high quality. It was all very comfortable and clean. A lovely holiday home in a super town.
