Lower Court Barn located in Galmpton, close to Hope Cove, is a recently converted stylish and spacious barn finished to a high specification providing comfortable and luxurious accommodation. The property has many features to make it perfect for a family break including a huge enclosed garden to enjoy the sunshine. It is less than a mile to the sandy beaches of Hope Cove, the Hope and Anchor, a family friendly pub, and the popular Cove restaurant and the village store. All in all a great location from which to explore Hope Cove, the coast and the South Hams.

For larger groups you can book this property along with Elmfields which is located next door (subject to availability). 

Ground floor: Open plan kitchen, dining and seating area with electric cooker and hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, dining table to seat up to 8, sofa, TV and log burner. Lounge with two sofas, TV and log burner. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. First floor:  Master bedroom with 5ft king size bed, high ceilings, Juliet balcony and en suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC. Bedroom 2 with 3ft twin beds, TV and en suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC. Bedroom 3 with 3ft twin beds and TV. Family bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC.

Large enclosed garden including patio area with large picnic bench, 2 loungers and barbecue.

Ample parking for at least 4 cars on private drive.

Included: Bed linen and towels, electricity and oil central heating. Travel cot, high chair and stair gate.  

Pets: Two dogs allowed (more by negotiation). £25.00 per dog per week.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the property, it is a truly excellent property with a huge garden which was great for our 2 dogs. The house is finished and furnished to a very high standard. if the minor teething issues could be resolved this would be an exceptional holiday rental.
