Lundy is a brand new luxury modern and contemporary house furnished to the uppermost standards and located just a short walk down the hill to the centre of Salcombe. The three storey property has a very innovative layout and is of outstanding design throughout. The handmade Neptune kitchen, Duravit bath and shower rooms, oak flooring, the highest quality linen, Collingwood lighting and Sonos sound system are just some of the luxurious features that earmark this property as something really rather special.
The simply stunning light and spacious open plan living room situated on the top floor is the ideal spot for a family gathering and has beautiful far reaching estuary views through the floor to ceiling aspect window - What better place to come and relax after a long day on the water, beach or in the numerous shops and pubs. Whatever your chosen activity, one thing is certain – you will soon feel right at home in this charming and friendly town where the pace of life is just that little bit slower.
Second floor: Open plan living room with seating area with TV/DVD, two large sofas, two armchairs and two large bean bags, dining table to seat 6-8, Glass Juliet balcony and stunning views of the estuary over the rooftops. Kitchen area with Smeg cooker, hobs, large Smeg fridge freezer, Belfast sink, dishwasher, microwave, breakfast bar. First floor: Bedroom 1 with king size bed and en suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC. Bedroom 2 with double bed and en suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC. Ground floor with main entrance and access to garden: Bedroom 3 with double bed and access to garden. Bedroom 4 with twin beds. Family bathroom with bath with hand held shower, separate shower cubicle, basin and WC. Utility room with washing machine and separate tumble dryer.

For two cars in private car port/drive at property. Ample no restriction on street parking nearby.

- Local facilities: Spar shop 250 yards. North Sands beach 1 mile. Pubs, restaurants and other shops 5 minute walk down the hill into Salcombe centre (slightly longer coming back). Kingsbridge with all facilities including supermarkets 6 miles.
Beautiful view from the upstairs lounge area. Lovely presentation and welcome cream tea a lovely touch. Would recommend to a large family and Salcombe is delightful. Bonus that the property takes four legged friends!
Enjoyed the week, property had fantastic views. But a few things could have been better for a 5 star rated property: Back door difficult to open and close (one guest injured their finger trying to close the door). the door in the downstairs double room would not open. The downstairs double room lacked a wardrobe so one guest had to hang garments in upstairs bedroom.
