Mapperley Lodge is located on a quiet residential lane in Salcombe within 5-10 minutes’ walk from the waterside and centre of town. The modern, spacious and well equipped property has great far reaching views of the town and estuary from the lounge, balcony, deck and all four bedrooms. The balcony and deck area are also perfect for taking in the sun or alfresco dining. The property also has the added bonus of parking for three to four cars on the private driveway.
