Excellent location - one of the best self catering properties we have stayed in. Very well equipped and comfortable.
We love the location and Oakside. We were very concerned about the lack of recycling.
Enjoyed our stay very much. Very nice town & places to eat in the evening. Marshes very good for birdwatching
Very much so lovely location for Lymington and the coast.
We've stayed at both Saltbox cottage and no1. Heathcote Mews and Oakside was the best accommodation yet in this part of lymington. So convenient, very cosy and quiet.
A lovely, well equipped property, in an ideal location.
A very conveniently placed property for exploring locally and having the luxury of available quality shopping within yards. Easy to run with no real drawbacks Our thanks to the cleaner Jo for her help in returning property that we had forgotten on departure. We may well book this property again!
Beautiful accommodation in a lovely area
Excellent property and location
It was our 3rd visit and again loved it It is such a good base to visit so many places.
Yes we enjoyed our stay. Property was adequate and very central. We would book this property again if/when we return to Lymington
We stayed in the very cold period but the apartment was very warm and cosy
Bathrooms lovely and beds very comfortable. We were delighted with the provision of salt & pepper, washing up liquid and tablets, j cloths etc which often have to be bought at other holiday homes.
The property is more spacious than the literature suggests and well appointed. The location was perfect for a pair of pensioners recovering from being over-burdened with baby sitting young grandchildren. Lymington High Street has good independent shops, a fine selection of pubs with tasty real ales and a variety of restaurants. Spent many years visiting Padstow, found a new holiday destination closer to home
A good property for a couple such as us. Lots of walking from the doorstep including the Keyhaven Nature Reserve and the Isle of Wight. An easy to run rental, well equipped with shops such as M &S and Waitrose within two minutes and a couple of good quality restaurants (Elderflower and Lanes, the latter with a great New Forest Cottages discount!)
We loved the location and the property was very close to the town but quiet. We had a lovely holiday and would use New Forrest Holidays again.
We loved our stay So central to town centre with shops in easy walking distance (and some very good independent shops). The cottage suits the 3 of us and there was everything in it that we needed
We couldn't fault anything, a lovely property in an ideal situation close to everything. On a freezing weekend it was warm and welcoming to come back to. Parking and WIFI was a welcome bonus.
A fantastic holiday! A really lovely apartment, well equipped, very clean and a great location for exploring. We'll be coming back!
What a fabulous house and location! So well equipped and lovely decor.
Wonderful accommodation , whether visiting Lymington in winter or summer. We have made a return visit within six months of our first and definitely plan to come again soon.
Loved the place
