This detached house with its generous double bay front living room, ideal to cater for the 8 persons it accommodates, is a couple of minutes from the hustle and bustle of this delightful village and the busy little harbour itself. Walkers will love that it is perfectly positioned for the coastal path, where miles of super scenery can be seen when venturing to the next village of Looe in one direction, or Polruan in the other. The garden to one side and to the front of the property has two terraces where you can enjoy the scenery and dine alfresco style on those balmy summer days and nights. Boat outings and fishing trips are available from the nearby harbour and the restaurants, pubs and quirky village shops cater for all manner of needs and desires.
