Set in a mature garden, which includes a separate swimming pool area, the cottage provides a marvellous family holiday base with accommodation all on one floor.

Door to bespoke fitted kitchen with freestanding island unit, range cooker with gas hob and electric ovens, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washer-dryer. 
Archway through to large living room with French doors to the garden, dining table with seating for six, TV, DVD player and log burning stove.
Inner hall with stable-door to garden.
Bedroom 1, king size bed with en suite shower room.

Bedrooms 3 and 4, both twin bedrooms include a single bed and single pull-out bed (the pull-out beds are for children only).
Family bathroom, bath with shower over, hand basin and WC.

This cottage is set in a mature garden and has a sunny paved terrace with table, chairs and parasol accessed from the living room. There is also a wooden children's climbing frame/swings/slide and separate gated pool area with sun loungers. The heated swimming pool is available 26 May to 8 September 2017 inclusive (25 May - 7 Sept 2018). Children must be supervised at all times. Direct access to miles of open forest where ponies roam freely. Please note only the rear garden is enclosed.

Included Bed linen (guests must provide their own bath and pool towels), electricity and central heating (gas).
Please note maximum adult occupancy of 6 as two pull-out beds are only suitable for children. If the pull out beds are used please note that there is a linen charge of £15 per person (alternatively please bring your own linen for these beds).
Pets One dog welcome (please note that there is a standard charge of £25 per pet per week). Only rear garden is enclosed.
