The Outspan is located right in the heart of Sandbanks with just a pleasant 5 minute walk away from the award winning blue flag sandy beach as well as being close to all the local amenities of Sandbanks. This lovely detached three bedroom 1930's house has recently been sympathetically decorated throughout, whilst retaining many of its original period features. A lovely feature is the open plan kitchen/dining area leading to the garden room and outdoor space.

This property makes a perfect home for a family holiday all year round with its cosy log burner for those cooler days.

Entrance into spacious hallway which leads to the Lounge: with two sofas, armchairs, log burner, wall mounted NOW TV adaptor allowing access to all catchup channels and login to your own TV apps.  Downstairs Shower room: Walk in Shower, Hand Basin and WC, heated towel rail. Kitchen/Diner comprises of stoves induction range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Bose stereo, dining table seating 6 guests, Garden Room: with sofa, chairs, Smart TV, leading out to the paved garden area.

First floor: Bedroom 1 with 5ft King size bed, with views to the front of the property.  Bedroom 2 twin 3ft single beds, can be made to 6ft by zip and link. Bedroom 3: with 3ft bunk beds.  Family Bathroom, bath, hand basin and WC.

Please Note: Water pressure, especially in the peak holiday season can be low on the peninsular, with a corresponding effect on shower efficiency.

The rear garden is private with a paved patio.  

Front garden mainly laid to lawn, surrounded by shrubs, Drive to the side of the front garden.

NOTE: Please note that the swim/spa and small summerhouse is for owner use only and not available for guest use.

There is off road parking for two vehicles parked one behind the other on the driveway.
