This South Devon detached, classic country house is tucked away down a quiet lane on the hill at the head of Batson Creek, 10-15 minutes walk to Salcombe and the beautiful estuary. Enjoying wonderful views, this imaginatively renovated, sumptuously furnished and spacious home has a tasteful light and airy open plan living area with oak flooring opening out to a large sunny patio and landscaped gardens that surround the property. Further luxuries include a hot tub and a wonderfully relaxing sauna (included in price for all weeks commencing in July and August or £190 extra at other times of the year). All this combines to provide a perfect relaxing environment to make you feel at home. Two reception rooms enable guests or noisy children to work, read or watch TV in peace and the beautifully appointed bedrooms ensure restful nights after the activities of the day. Salcombe and the surrounding district need little introduction and provide an ideal base for a holiday. We could go on, but take it from us that Perrotts is a special holiday destination that once experienced is sure to entice you back.
‘We had a great holiday at a well equipped, spotlessly clean house. Thank you.’

Loved the location and setting of the house and the fact we could abandon our cars for a few days and walk and use the ferries. Liked the lounge kitchen diner area and patio. Rather a lot of notices of what not to do! Recommend the crab shed on the quay. A nice house and location but spoilt by a number of minor issues which for the price of the property and hefty deposit we did not expect.Nevertheless we had a great time
Yes very nice property huge amount of utensils and child cutlery in the kitchen
