Located on the outskirts of the popular village of Hope Cove but within 10 minutes walk of its sandy beaches, Primrose Bank provides stylish and spacious accommodation, perfect for family gatherings, or small groups – it is well placed to visit the many surrounding areas of interest in the South Hams and an ideal base for walkers, should you indeed wish to leave the confines of this blissful retreat.
Steps lead up to large atrium entrance. Ground Floor: Bedrooms 1 and 2 each with 4ft 6inch double beds, built in wardrobes and drawers. Bedroom 3 with twin beds, large flat screen TV with DVD and iPod connection, surround sound and french doors leading to the lower terrace. Stunning family bathroom with freestanding roll top bath, hand held shower over, basin, WC and beautiful country views. Large utility room with ample storage, washing machine, tumble dryer, butlers sink, dog beds and door to exterior with outside shower. Wet room adjacent to a separate WC. Oak floating staircase with stainless steel balustrades leads to open plan living area with solid oak flooring and the master bedroom. Lounge area with sofas, flatscreen TV, Juliet balcony with country views. Dining area perfect for entertaining, overlooking the gardens with Juliet balcony. Superb kitchen with island and breakfast bar, two electric ovens, ceramic hob, dishwasher and American fridge freezer. Conservatory with access to upper terrace and barbecue area. Bedroom 4, the master bedroom, with 5ft king sized bed and en suite shower room and WC, dressing area with built in wardrobes, Juliet balcony, and french doors to upper terrace. Throughout the property runs a whole house audio system with iPod connection.
Private mature gardens and lawn surround the property on several levels, with paved patio areas, garden furniture, charcoal barbecue and gated driveway. Exterior shower adjacent to utility room for washing off when back from the beach.
Ample parking for several cars on sloping gated driveway. Space for a boat trailer adjacent to entrance.

Primrose Bank was amazing. It was perfect for our family gathering. We all had a wonderful Easter week. Also admired the owner Helens paintings on the walls.
This was our second family holiday at Primrose Bank and we had a great time. The location is ideal - very quiet and peaceful, but close to the coast and the amenities in Hope Cove. The house is perfect for 3 couples ... and a dog.
Despite the comments above, we all really enjoyed our stay - the house was an excellent size and layout. The proximity to the beach was good and Hope Cove is such a lovely place! We would return. It may be useful for the future to know that a standard stairgate needed for the infants fitted.
Loved the property so much and hope to return again. Sad that the sound system was not working during our stay

Really amazing property - the best holiday let that we have EVER stayed in - in this country or elsewhere (and we have stayed in quite a few). Is even better that the pictures. Fantastic location in Hope Cove (which is a beautiful spot anyway). Everything you could ask for is in the property and of the highest quality. I only hope that we will be able to stay there again in the near future. Many thanks to the owners for allowing us to stay.
