Situated in a commanding and peaceful position overlooking Hope Cove village, with glimpses of the harbour and coastline, Ramillies is a comfortable seaside bungalow in the popular village of Hope Cove, a great family holiday retreat at any time of year. Hope Cove has superb sandy beaches and a 5 minute walk down a pathway will have you in the village and next to the beach below the house. This area is popular with families, walkers, surfers with safe sandy beaches on which kids can wear themselves out. For those who love walking, the scenic South West Coastal Path runs only minutes from the door and offers miles of beautiful coastal scenery. Practical and comfortably presented, Ramillies has large patio doors overlooking the attractive garden. To the rear is a fully enclosed lawn, reached by garden steps where guests can sit in the sun, relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the sea.

Please note that due to the bunk beds this property is only suitable for a maximum of 4 adults (plus children to a maximum party size of 6).

Level entrance to hallway. Light and airy living room with large corner sofa and armchair, flat screen TV and DVD player. Patio doors to front lawn. Dining area with dining table to seat six, with patio doors to the rear garden. Modern well equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, built in electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and door to rear garden. Bedroom 1 with 5ft king size bed and wardrobe. Bedroom 2 with twin 3ft single beds. Bedroom 3 with 3ft bunks (suitable for children only). Family bathroom with bath with hand held shower, separate shower cubicle, basin and WC.

Large lawn and mature garden to front of property, with long driveway. Rear fully enclosed sloping lawn reached by stone garden steps, with small secluded terrace with garden table and chairs. Barbecue. 

Ample parking on driveway.

  • Included: Bed linen and towels, (guests must provide their own beach towels), gas central heating, electricity. Travel cot and high chair. 
  • Telephone: For incoming and outgoing calls to UK landlines. Wi-Fi.
  • Pets: Sorry, no dogs allowed.
  • Local Facilities: Beaches, pub and shop a few minutes walk. Salcombe 4 miles, Kingsbridge with all facilites 5 miles.
