Reeds, a spacious seafront property consisting of Lower Reeds, a ground floor apartment and above it Upper Reeds, a duplex apartment can be booked as complete house sleeping 8. With far reaching views of the sea, the beach and Start Bay, Reeds combines a perfect location with comfortable, stylish accommodation. Summer or winter the views and moods of the sea provide an ever changing backdrop to this premier property located right on the seafront in Torcross. The popular Start Bay Inn serves great seafood, the Seabreeze cafe is a great place to loiter and watch the world go by and there’s a village store.  The South West Coastal Path provides walkers with an opportunity to enjoy some breathtaking vistas, the Ley nature reserve, a haven for bird wildlife is just behind the house and for those who like exploring further afield Dartmoor is easily accessible and a trip to Cornwall is a very pleasant day out.

Stairs to second floor and master bedroom with 5ft bed and en suite shower room with shower, basin and WC. Twin bedroom with two 3ft beds.
Lower Reeds: Access from parking area to lobby with washing machine and tumble dryer. Kitchen with induction hob, oven and grill, microwave and fridge freezer, dishwasher. Sitting room with sofa and armchair, TV, BT YouView box, Blu Ray DVD player and stereo with iPod/MP3 dock.  Archway to dining area with table and seating for 4 and panoramic views of the sea. Rear double bedroomwith 4ft 6in bed and en suite bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin and WC.

Our best holiday let so far in this area. We had a great week despite patchy weather. No real issues with the house apart from the rattling noise over the roof in the middle floor bedroom as described above. We have just placed a booking for next year.

What a lovely week!! Just spent hours on the terrace staring out to sea. Great food at Sea Breeze café and Start Inn (very reasonable prices) chatted to loads of people as they walked by!
