The location is perfect for enjoying the great outdoors with lots of space on your doorstep to walk, cycle and sail. Poole is a lively coastal town in a sheltered position, nestled between Bournemouth and the World Heritage Jurassic Coastline on the stunning South Coast of England - a naturally beautiful place to spend your holiday, at any time of year.

Known for being Europe’s largest natural harbour, with its crystal clear waters and some of Britain’s best sandy beaches, it’s a haven for sailors and wildlife, and the perfect place to try your hand at any water sport imaginable.

There are plenty of exceptional beachside cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars to choose from, making it a great place to relax with friends. Poole is also a fantastic shopping hub with high street stores, independent shops and boutiques and the Dolphin shopping centre all offering ample opportunities for retail therapy.

Poole’s vibrant bustling quayside is a great spot to soak up the atmosphere of this historic maritime port, with its pirate heritage. Wander round the cobbled streets to take in the sights of the historic old town, visit the free entry Poole Museum to discover Poole’s story, and follow the traditional cockle trail.

For an adventurous day out, take the ferry across to Brownsea Island, home to red squirrels, kingfishers and oystercatchers. Nearby Studland Nature Reserve is another highlight for nature lovers, wildlife spotters and ramblers, whilst the dramatic dunes and heathlands are home to many species of wildlife and provide a beautiful scenic landscape.

From Poole you can easily access the magnificent Jurassic coast that reveals 185 million years of Earth’s history across a 95 mile span of coast between east Dorset and east Devon.

Outside to the front, there is parking on the drive for 2 cars and the garage is available for storage for bikes, kayaks and paddle boards, etc.

Great good and service, well worth a visit.

November 2023

Wonderful food and atmosphere.

September 2023

Never had a bad experience here. Staff always friendly and efficient and the food tastes very fresh and full of flavour. The place has nice vibe to it. The evening closing time is later than some other restaurants too; 10.30pm on a Saturday night. If you have the energy to walk up Evening Hill from Sandbanks, harbourside, to get here, you'll get great views especially at sunset.

Great friendly restaurant, delicious food, good value

July 2022

What an excellent restaurant. The service was wonderful and the food was amazing. Well worth a visit.

June 2022

Food was good but service was very very slow and not up to standard. We had our meals served the other way round, our main courses arrived first, them followed by the starters and the cocktails turned up last!!!

October 2021

A seriously good thai restaurant - a good 'modern' vibe, great music, excellent cocktails, made properly, a good menu with a good range of food and excellent staff.

October 2021

Highly recommended. The food was absolutely delicious. Service was done with a smile but it was a little slow on the evening we visited. The side dishes to share were well worth trying. A very nice clean venue.

It's hard to beat sandbanks, it's the perfect family beach and nearby Studland is beautiful and still a little bit wild and rugged, in a very good way.

June 2021

June 2021

Great beach for little ones

September 2020

The cleanest beach we have been to in Britain and in these strange times, grest social distancing from everyone there

August 2020

Amazing beach - who needs the med when you have sandbanks

August 2020

Had an excellent stay over New Year. Clean, well equipped and warm. Everything we hoped for. Handy for beach and ferry, with Swanage, Poole and Bournemouth not far away. Would definitely like to return.

January 2020

We rented a hut on Sandbanks which was brilliant as with 5 children, we had a lot of stuff that could be left there all week. The only thing that lets this beach down is the cost of parking for the day and the terrible shortage of ladies loos. People are using the loos to change in and this results on ridiculously long queues on sunny holiday days. The beach is beautiful and very clean and safe for small children..

September 2019

Fantastic beach out of season, very dog friendly

November 2018

Excellent. Clean and child safe

July 2018

A nice property with good location to nearby beach and ferries. (Although ferry traffic gets busy on Panorama Road at times) Layout of property good on 3 levels. Only disappointment was level of cleanliness dirty floors and balcony furniture. Something easily remedied

November 2023

We had the most incredible stay. The house itself has a lovely cosy feel, with everything so tastefully and thoughtfully styled. They have created the perfect balance of minimalism and homeliness, meaning you feel welcomed into the space and at home right away. Everything you could need is there for you to use so you can fully relax, and the location is fantastic. We really enjoyed visiting the local cafes and surrounding restaurants, which were all excellent and have a similarly cool, relaxed vibe with such friendly people. Just minutes from the beach and also daytrips to the New Forest, the surrounding area is stunning, with many quirky places to visit and so much to do to keep you entertained. This is a truly special place where we made some very fond memories and can’t wait to visit again!

October 2023

Thank you for a wonderful stay in a beautiful house. Great location, walking distance from the harbour and cycle to sandbanks and the wonderful beach there. The house is a home away from home- with beautiful well equipped kitchen, warm cosy log burner in the sitting room and comfy beds. We had a wonderful family holiday exploring Poole, playing on the beach and in the sea at both sandbanks and over at Studland and relaxing in the house. A wonderful break- Thank you!

September 2023

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. It is extremely well equipped, with an impressive kitchen-diner, lovely garden and immaculate, comfortable accommodation. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet, with the waterfront just a short walk away, and other beaches like Sandbanks within very easy reach by car. Great location for exploring Poole and other Dorset gems like the isle of Purbeck and beyond.

April 2023

We stayed here in the spring and found it to be very comfortable, well looked after and had no issues with our stay. A convenient location for heading into Poole or travelling around the local area. A nearby park was great for walking and had good views of the sea. Off street parking was a bonus as was the garden. Highly recommended.

April 2023

I stayed here with my mum and my newborn baby when I went to visit my sister who lived just up the road. The house was spotless and well cared for. Clearly a well loved family home. We had every possible thing you could need and more. The beds were comfortable and arranging the travel cot for my daughter was super easy and it was already set up for when we arrived. It was super close to the coast with beautiful views and we found a little shop in walking distance for any immediate necessities. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone needing a place to call home for a short period of time.

November 2022

A very enjoyable stay in this lovely three bedroomed house in Poole. Very clean and spacious yet cosy. We had a pleasurable daily 20 minute or so walk along the waterside park to Poole Quay / the town centre, where there were several places to eat/drink overlooking the sea. We also took a lovely boat ride from the Quay taking in views of Brownsea island and other harbour landmarks whilst enjoying a glass of wine from the bar on board. A perfectly located house to enjoy Poole.
