Sandpiper is tucked away within a complex of chalets at Norton Park, conveniently located just 2 miles from the centre of the historic port of Dartmouth, steeped in maritime history and renowned for its lively harbour, historic Castle and imposing Royal Naval College.  Once here a picturesque network of cobbled streets and alleys are easily navigated and brimming with independent shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants for all ages to enjoy.

If you are looking for a convenient base from which to explore Dartmouth and indeed the beautiful South Hams at an affordable price with the added bonus of easy parking – then this is the ideal choice for you!

Guests are free to enjoy the communal grounds within Norton Park which include a picnic area with picnic benches and a large lawn area.  There are also further benches around the complex, strategically placed to enjoy the views of the surrounding countryside, Dartmouth and the River Dart in the distance.

Designated parking space for one car approx 30 metres away in the car park. Plenty of additional parking available for a second car (available on a first come, first served basis).

Water, electric thermostatically controlled radiators, electricity (please note: This property has a coin meter accepting £1.00 coins, but the meter is left open, allowing guests to top up without it being an additional cost).
