September 2018

A problem with the boiler arose during our stay. This was reported to the local Toad Hall Lyme Regis office. It is not clear what the arrangements are for recycling such items as glass/plastic/paper. Please see comment above re. the shower cubicle. In all other respects the property was great, superbly located and we had a fantastic stay. Thank you.

September 2018

This cottage was excellent in every aspect. Welcoming, cosy and very well equipped. We loved its position, and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again... a real gem of a place.

July 2018

I enjoyed my stay , the cottage was lovely bright & well equipped other than wifi . Also could have had a shelf / small dressing table in the bedroom as there was nowhere to put toiletries/ make-up etc & a fan would be useful this time of the year as its been so hot & the bedroom window dosent open .

June 2018

Had a lovely week, close proximity to beach, shops, supermarkets and eateries.

October 2017

Lovely cottage stayed 3 times now we will be back !

September 2017

I felt instantly at home when I entered this property. The cottage is compact but comfortable and is ideal for a single person such as myself. Ideally located for shops, bus stops etc., and just a short walk to the seafront. Close proximity to the road does mean that some traffic noise is inevitable, but this did not detract from my stay. I very much hope to return to Silver Street Cottage in the not too distant future.

August 2017

Good location , but do get some traffic noise in the early mornings. Only a short stroll to the sea front, but is up hill on return to the cottage ,easy reach for food shopping etc, we very much enjoyed our stay in Lyme Regis will probably return.

June 2017

Yes it was excellent. The cottage was as described on the website and I was not disappointed in any way. It was very clean and well furnished and had everything I needed. I spoke to the owner on the phone and he was very helpful. Lyme Regis was gorgeous. The one improvement would be to include wifi, which would be very helpful as many facilities for tourists in Lyme rely on online bookings. I'd recommend this property.
