Entrance hall. Cloakroom with basin, WC and heated towel rail. Single bedroom with 3ft bed and room for a cot. En-suite shower room with shower and basin. Steps down to lovely spacious sitting room with arched French windows to the patio. Ample exposed stone fireplace houses a wood burner and there are two huge comfortable sofas (one a double sofa bed), TV and DVD. A long carpeted corridor leads on to the fitted kitchen/diner with sparkling pale cream units that include an integrated fridge and freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. A central table seats the guests in front of the arched French windows. Delightful master bedroom with super king size brass bedstead and prettily co-ordinated curtains and bed linen, fitted cupboards and door to patio. En-suite bathroom with basin, bath with rainfall shower over, heated towel rail and WC. Further single bedroom (3ft bed) with French window to garden.  Shower room with heated towel rail, basin and WC. A spiral staircase leads up to the  loft bedroom with low beams and sloping ceiling. A single 3ft bed with full size pull-out bed beneath provides either twin beds, or pushed together, a large double bed.

Lawns enclosed with low stone walls. Garden table, chairs, parasol and barbecue.

Private parking on bricked drive for one car. Further parking in courtyard square and on road parking available in street.
