Toad hall staff were brilliant/ cottage looked like it needed some tlc
When we arrived in Polperro we didn't know about the luggage transport service provided by the quad bike lads, hence the last part of our long journey was somewhat fraught. The best approach would be park the car in the space allocate at Coombes garage, transport the luggage by the quad bike lads picking the keys up en route. I would recommend that this approach be documented accordingly.
Thank you, we have now added this to Terrills travel details for future guests, we do appreciate you taking the time to send in this very good idea.

Terrills is a lovely comfortable cottage. The general clean was good but felt that it could do with a deeper clean as lots of dust and dirt on woodwork. As the week progressed there was a stale smell but that is probably the age of the property.
Lovely stay in a very welcoming property.
lovely cottage, had excellent stay for time of year, could do with more reading material and some dvd's for rainy days.
Just had a wonderful holiday in Terrills, a lovely location, our second stay there. Will definitely be staying again.
I would just like to say that Terrill's is a beautiful cottage with stunning views. It is very well equipped, everything we needed was there. The beds were very comfortable, we loved our stay and would definitely stay there again. Just a couple of comments, the tumble dryer doesn't heat so therefore does not dry the washing and a little more care could be taken with the cleaning of the cottage a real good vacuum is needed and a general good clean. Sorry to have to add those comments, we would definitely stay again as its a beautiful cottage but with a little more care it could be the perfect cottage.

Many thanks for your constructive feedback and we're pleased you enjoyed your stay at Terrills! We have discussed your comments with both the owner and caretaker and will ensure the cleanliness is addressed for your next visit to Terrills. You'll also be pleased to know that the owner has now installed a new tumble dryer. We hope to welcome you back to this beautiful part of the world again soon!
