Tucked away down a private road, the property is less than five minutes walk to the High Street of Brockenhurst, with its attractive shops, pubs and restaurants. Miles of open forest make it an ideal base for those visitors who like to walk or cycle and the railway station in the centre of Brockenhurst is very convenient for travel to Bournemouth, Weymouth, Southampton, Lymington and London.

The Cottage is spacious and ideally situated within walking distance of all the facilities of the beautiful village of Brockenhurst. The garden is not overlooked and wonderfully quiet. A little haven.
Cottage listed as being in the owners' grounds. In fact it was attached to the owners' property. Consequently throughout the week we were disturbed by various workmen. Was not happy to have the grass cut, the lawn fertilised and electrical work done during our stay either. These things need doing between lets.
Thank you for your comments. The owners are terribly sorry to have disturbed you during your stay and are sorry that an electrical problem occurred following a fallen branch on the day of your arrival. This did need to be fixed straight away to ensure that the electricity was restored and WiFi back up and running. Occasionally garden work is required to be carried out during the course of the week and not all of these tasks can be carried out during changeover times. The owner will now ensure that if guests are likely to receive any disturbance that they will be advised to avoid minimal disruption. Fabulous cottage in beautiful surroundings. The garden is gorgeous and a real suntrap. Great to have a shed for the bikes, a big car parking space, Wi-Fi, dishwasher and washer/dryer Quiet but close to village amenities. A home from home. Perfect for accessing cycling routes. We will be back.
