Really enjoyed our stay in The Mill House, perfect for a small family. Lovely welcoming tea & cake on arrival. The owners are very friendly & helpful and allowed us to visit their lovely Alpacas.
The cottage is a credit to the owners. There isnt anything they haven't thought of to make your stay comfortable. Definately the best we've stopped in
Our stay was very enjoyable, the owner made us very welcome and the property is immaculate and very well eqipped with everything you need and more.
The owners were friendly, helpful and gave good advice when required
This was a surprise holiday from the family . We had a very warm welcome from Judith ,who met us with milk , for tea , a cake and a lovely touch , with a bunch of flowers from the garden . Both Mike and Judith were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble . We went to see and fed the alpacas , which were delightful. The house was comfortable , cosy and very clean . We would not hesitate to recommend this holiday home to anyone. I hope we can go back . Thank you so much Judith and Mike for a lovely peaceful holiday .
Yes.Jude & Mike very welcoming.
We had a warm welcome from Jude and Mike and were very comfortable in the cottage. We will certainly book again. It is a good location for exploring the coastal towns - Lyme Regis, Seaton and Sidmouth - and surrounding countryside. The alpacas are lovely and we were able to feed them from our hands. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mill House.
Very helpful and friendly owners provided beautiful fresh flowers on arrival and delightful home made muffins milk and tea which was really appreciated after our journey. Fantastic comfortable cottage ideally situated for access to both Devon and Dorset and the free WiFi worked a treat. Would have been nice to see the alpacas but that gives us another reason to return to this lovely cottage. Our many thanks to Judith and Mike for letting us stay and thanks to Judith for returning my trousers !!
What a gem of a cottage. The Mill House is very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. In fact it is the best holiday home we've stayed at. It's in an ideal position to explore the beautiful coast and countryside. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and certainly we will be back when we come down to that area again. Thanks to the owners for a perfect stay
Excellent accommodation, lovely and highly recommandable. We had a wonderful time in this great and very well-equipped cottage. We Couldn't of asked for a more well equipped place and accommodating owners. Lots of brochures inside to visit and go around, toys, games, DVD for kids and books for parents. Judie and Mike the owners are so welcoming persons and so available. So Kindly with us and our daughter. She was so happy to feed the alpagas. We had a marvellous time to see the animals. It was a great place to stay and shall definitely return. Thanks a lot for all you've done for us. I recommend this holiday rental.
We had a wonderful week exploring this part of the county. The owners have been very generous with their time and our daughter loved her 2 visits to the alpacas.
Thank you to the owners for providing a super holiday cottage. Had a fab time as always and will return next year - perhaps twice!!!
The Mill House, Axminster is certainly a gem. This was possibly the best holiday we have ever had. This very well kept property was set in beautiful countryside, so peaceful and tranquil. We were welcomed on our arrival by the owner who was so friendly, and helpful, and what a beautiful comfortable cottage it was. A tray was set for tea, complete with scrummy home-made muffins, which were gratefully received. Every possible need was provided. Our hosts were really genuine and kind people, and allowed us to meet the Alpacas, which was wonderful! They were so cute. All in all we had a wonderful week and hopefully we will return!
