A great stay in a very comfortable, well-equipped cottage in a tranquil setting.
Fabulous cottage with lots of extras i.e. lights in garden, use of phone, woodburner etc. Quiet location, recommend walking on beach at Lepe. Rooms very spacious and well equipped.
What a fantastic cottage that has been lovingly looked after by Red and Kate… We will be back, thank you
Lovely cosy cottage with all the amenities. Can recommend Lepe walk on a nice day. Will recommend to others.
This peaceful, beautiful space is just what we needed..Superbly decorated barn, cosy even with snow for 2 days! We have enjoyed just veing, had some great meals and time to relax. Thank you both so much!
We have really enjoyed staying in this beautiful, well-equipped cottage, have had the best sleep in ages in the comfortable bed, everything you need is here. Thank you both.
What a delightful, spacious cottage, so comfortable and an ideal place to chill out – and we did!
really enjoyed the holiday weather not brilliant but did not stop us doing all that we wanted to do and to come home to a lovely warm cottage was the icing on the cake
We had a very pleasent stay at the Old Barn in Exbury. The barn is well equipped and has a big kitchen with all desirable facilities. Wood for the wood burner was provided for the colder days, but also the heating system worked very well. Kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom are all in very good condition. TV and WiFi worked well and there is plenty of information of the area as well as a library, DVDs and games. Very peaceful, quite area, As it was already November, we could unfortunately not make use of the small garden behind the barn.
Thank you for a fantastic property Red and Kate
It was a really lovely cottage, with excellent sized accommodation with a very pretty garden, all totally private from the owners' house. Everything that you could want, to cook a meal, was in the kitchen and all of the kitchen equipment was easy to use. Beaulieu, Brockenhurst and Lymington were very close by and Exbury Gardens was not far from the cottage. Although we visited the gardens at the time of year, where there was not much colour, we still spent a couple of hours there and could see that in April/May, it would be beautiful. The only thing that we could say would benefit visitors, who wanted to spend some time relaxing in the garden, as we did, would be a couple of cushioned, adjustable, relaxing chairs. All in all, a great holiday and a cottage to recommend to family and friends! Thank you!
Very peaceful location. A spacious, comfortable cottage with everything we needed, and a pretty, secluded garden. Lovely!
Lovely accommodation in a peaceful setting within close proximity to the coast, estuaries and the woods and heathland of the New Forest.
We had a fabulous time, thank you. The Old Barn was perfect and it was great to have a big kitchen as usually places for just 2 people tend to be rather small. We had a really comfortable and relaxing stay
A lovely cottage with everything you could ask for
A delightful place to stay - spacious, stylish and comfortable
The Old Barn is tranquil and idyllic, the perfect get away. We look forward to coming back in 2016.
The Old Barn is comfortable, warm and quiet, all the ingredients for a relaxing break. Although secluded, it is within a few minutes drive of all amenities and attractions.
A wonderful week's holiday. The Old Barn is a delight, with everything of a high standard. Very comfortable and the garden is lovely, very pretty and private
The Old Barn accommodation is first class and an ideal base for visiting the area. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!
The Old Barn is charming and spacious with everything to hand. The location is ideal for exploring the New Forest.
