The pretty village of East Prawle is a mile away, back along the lane and has a welcoming pub as well as a seasonal cafe and shop. For those who want to explore, historic Dartmouth, the sailing Mecca of Salcombe and dramatic Dartmoor are within easy driving distance, but this house is all about the location, the views, the walks, the sounds of the sea and the peace and quiet. Isn’t that what a holiday’s all about?

We very much enjoyed our stay. The only disadvantage is the very narrow roads in the area which can be a bit worrying and quite dangerous for pedestrians with no pavements at all! The Pigs Nose pub is which was very good for food but slow service and unfortunately the only pub nearby very good but very slow service. Unfortunately this the only pub in the nearby vacinity.
Fabulous stay, superb location we had a wonderful 2 weeks
Maybe a bannister at the top of the staircase to upper bedroom. Otherwise everything from the house and toadhall cottages were faultless
Had a wonderful stay at this property and will be booking again.
We loved our stay the house felt warm and welcoming.
We had a wonderful time, perfect house in a perfect location
Fantastic place and location! Thanks for a great week...
The stay was simply wonderful. A lovely touch was chilled wine in the fridge and fresh flowers on the table. We can't wait to re-book. It's a stunning house and location.
We had a fabulous stay and the weather was fantastic
We all thought the house was absolutely beautiful, and was located in the most marvellous position overlooking the sea. It accommodated the seven of us really easily, and was a joy to stay in for the week.
We were blown away by The Station Offices House and have all fallen in love with it! The location, the rooms, the great kitchen facilities, and the views to die for! Even our teenagers want to go back! Almost inclined to not say anything and keep it a secret! Toad Hall and Mermaid Property Management have all been fantastic, a pleasure to deal with, the quality goodie bags for the dogs and the children were just the icing on the cake! Thank you so much! We would definitely recommend Toad Hall and would not hesitate to book through them again!
Really glad you had such a good holiday and we look forward to seeing you again. Thank you for the kind comments. The Toad Hall team.
