Thelma is located on a peaceful residential street less than 5 minutes walk to the town centre and popular Island Street. The property is well presented throughout and has a lovely fully enclosed patio and garden area which is perfect for al fresco dining. Thelma also has a designated parking space at the property and is just a short walk from a decent Co-op shop.

On your way back from a number of easily accessible beaches don’t forget to indulge in a gin and tonic from the Salcombe Gin Factory which is just a short distance from the property.

Entrance to hall leading to open plan living area. Lounge with L-shape sofa, large window seat, log burner, TV, DVD player, selection of board games and dining table to seat up to 8. Well equipped Kitchen with range cooker with gas hob and double oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and washing machine (tumble dryer in garage). First floor: Master bedroom with king size bed and en suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC. Bedroom 2 with double bed. Family bathroom with bath, separate large walk in shower cubicle, basin and WC. Second floor: Bedroom 3 with king size bed. Bedroom 4 with platform double bed.

Enclosed patio and lawn area with table and chairs, rattan garden furniture, bench and barbecue.  Outside cloakroom with WC and basin. Outdoor shower at rear of property ideal for when coming back from a day at the beach.

Parking for 1 car on private drive. There is a park and ride service at the top of Salcombe which can be used for additional cars.

  • Pets: One small well behaved dog allowed (medium dog by negotiation). (Pet charge £30.00 per week).

Smalls Cove, Mill Bay, Sunny Cove across estuary by foot ferry on the East Portlemouth side. Co-op shop 150 yards, other shops, bars and restaurants under 5 minutes’ walk. Thurlestone golf course within 15 minutes’ drive (Bigbury golf course 30 minutes) Kingsbridge with all facilities 6 miles.

We had an excellent stay at this property. The books that were available on coastal walks were very useful and we had a great time exploring. The property is in a perfect location to Salcombe town and it is in a fantastic condition. A perfect place to base your holiday.
