In sight of the sea cliffs and with a glimpse of the sea, the light and airy Top Deck is found in a quiet residential street only 5 minutes walk from the town centre and Sea Front Promenade. Guests can park their car at the apartment and forget about it for the entire holiday! Top Deck has a seaside theme throughout enhancing the feel of its links with the historic town and is perfectly positioned to take advantage of Langmoor Gardens and the historic Cobb, a short walk away.
Within a five minute walk, guests can meander down to Lyme Regis bustling sea front and promenade. Often referred to as the ‘Pearl of Dorset’, Lyme Regis is well known for its literary association with Jane Austen as well as its diverse geology which people from across the world flock to in the hunt for fossils. The historic old town retains an olde worlde charm with small streets filled with galleries, boutique shops and famed gastro restaurants and cafés. Its sheltered south facing beaches are safe for children and water sports enthusiasts alike with great fishing and leisure boat opportunities available from the Cobb harbour. For those who would like a change of scene and a day away from the beach, the surrounding rolling countryside, which is an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, boasts walking and cycling in abundance or perhaps while away a few days exploring pretty East Devon fishing villages such as Beer and Branscombe or head to the market town of Axminster to sample Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s River Cottage Canteen.
Front door to the staircase, which leads to the living room. Guests enjoy the coastal views from the bay window in the lounge area, which has comfortable sofas and a Flatscreen TV/DVD. The fitted kitchen/diner is fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob, fridge and washing machine. Bedroom 1 with 4ft 6inch double bed with en-suite shower room with WC and a wash hand-basin. Bedroom 2 with twin 3ft single beds. Modern Family bathroom newly fitted in 2016 which has a shower over bath, wash-basin and WC.
There is no outdoor space with this property.
To the front of the property there is off road parking for two vehicles.
