Tredarloe is a modern and comfortable detached house located at the top of Salcombe. The property has great rural views with estuary glimpses and has ample outside areas including a patio, raised decking area, balcony and large lawn all of which can be used to take advantage of the sunshine all day long.
The property is tastefully decorated, very well equipped and furnished to a high standard throughout all of which ensures family accommodation of the highest quality.
Front entrance to hall leading to kitchen with electric cooker, gas hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, combination microwave, wine cooler, breakfast bar and access to small utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Dining room with table to seat 6-9 and access to decking area. Bathroom with bath, separate walk in shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 3 with double bed. Bedroom 4 with twin beds. First floor: Lounge with large L-shaped sofa, armchair with footstool, log burner, large TV, DVD player and access to balcony. Master bedroom with double bed and en suite shower room with shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 2 with double bed. Bedroom 5 with single bed. Cloakroom with basin and WC.
Patio area at the front with large picnic table. Decking area with table and chairs with steps down to further decking and gently sloping lawn. Balcony off first floor lounge.
There is ample parking on the unmade road next to the property.
- Included: Bed Linen and towels (not beach towels), electricity, gas central heating. Travel cot, High chair, stair gate, baby booster seat, push chair and changing mat.

- Local facilities: Spar shop 400 yards. North Sands beach 1 mile. Pubs, restaurants and other shops 10-15 minutes’ walk down the hill into Salcombe centre (longer coming back). Superb enclosed play park within a minutes’ walk. Kingsbridge with all facilities including supermarkets 6 miles.
Had a full household of nine stay with us for a couple of days and 5-7 for the full two weeks, everything was delightful, everyone was very impressed with the property and its location. All considerably fitter from marching up the hill (despite all the clotted cream we ate!).
Had a fantastic week with extended family (9 of us in total) in this outstanding property, not only was there masses of space but it was clean, comfy beds, great showers, well equipped (everything was of a high standard) and had amazing views (what a sunset over the hills!!!!), we really could not ask for more. it was so useful to have the dryer as well as the washing machine as we were able to sort out all of the childrens stuff from the trips to the nearby beaches. Some very nice and wecoming touches were much appreciated, we will definately be booking again
We had a great holiday, but there were a few things missing from the kitchen which would have been really useful: An airer or washing line for drying clothes; a few more mugs and cutlery (there was only one of each item, which was a problem when the disherwasher was being used), some instructions specific to the house about local shops, services, pubs etc (in addition to the general info left). Cleanliness on arrival - floors and surfaces were clean, but there was quite a lot of dust on skirting boards and in the bedrooms. The flush on the toilet in the en-suite was quite temperamental.
