We enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely house and location. A bit dissapointed with the key situation on our arrival, but thanks very much to your staff for sorting things out so promptly.
So sorry about the key confusion. We stepped in to replace the normal cleaner who was on holiday and it was our error that the keys weren't left for you in the normal place. Glad it didn't spoil your stay.

We enjoyed our stay, it's our second visit to West Haven. It's a lovely relaxing spot.
West Haven is in a fantastic location and very convenient. It was easy to find and we had no problems parking our large car on the drive. We had taken our own kayak and it was great to launch from the garden and we found the use of the kayak at the house a bonus.
Had a wonderful stay. Lovely home with cosy atmosphere and everything we needed.
Small leak in fridge ( LHS) which someone has pointed out and door of fridge sticking slightly. Also kitchen could do with a hand blender. Lovely property and would definitely stay again when visiting family .
We are delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay at West Haven and we look forward to welcoming you again soon! Thank you for letting us know about the fridge and hand-blender - we have passed all of your comments onto the owner who will address these points.

We had a fantastic stay - the house is extremely comfortable, cosy and very well equipped and we would most definitely recommend it. Amazing waterfront views- great fun watching some paddle boarding and lovely easy stroll into Kingsbridge and all its amenities.

Yes we enjoyed ous stay. God location, fantastic views and well equips.
We stayed last year and loved the house - especially with ground floor bedroom and shower room for elderly member of family. Although not the most economical property it is beautifully situated to all amenities. We would love to return!!!!
We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was the perfect place to stay. We could have stayed forever. !!
We had a really good time the weather was very kind to us but would have been nice to have loungers outside so we went and bought camping loungers so we could enjoy the lovely garden and the view's in comfort.
Westhaven was a lovely cottage with stunning views. Will definately be back
Fantastic cottage in fabulous location! We had the best week of weather and there is so much to do! Would recommend using the Quad Bike service for luggage transfer from the car park. Parking was excellent and secure. The cottage was spotless and very comfortable for a family of 3, would definitely return.
A wonderful property in an amazing location. Everything one needed was there. It was the best holiday we have ever had Thankyou.
A gorgeous house that none of us wanted to leave and all made plans for moving down and moving in. Loved all of it, house, location, local amenities. Enjoyed the kayaking and fishing from the garden, alfresco dining and the peace and quiet.
Cottage views stunning as always and can't wait to come back again next year
West Haven was a lovely holiday home in a beautiful area. We were all delighted with the standard of furnishing, equipment and cleanliness. A place we will be sure to revisit
