Bedroom 1 (on ground floor adjacent shower room. Suitable for elderly or those with walking difficulties). Twin single beds, built in floor to ceiling wardrobes and desk, adjacent to ground floor shower room, heated towel rail, basin and WC.
First floor: Master bedroom with king size bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers, en suite shower room. Bedroom 3 with waterside views, double 4ft 6in bed and chest of drawers. Family bathroom with bath and shower over, hand basin and WC. Bedroom 4 Triple room with waterside views, 3ft bunk beds and 3ft single bed, built in wardrobe, vanity unit with basin, chest of drawers.
Landscaped garden overlooking the estuary with patio areas, garden furniture and slipway (kayak available for guest use – own lifejackets to be provided) Through the garden gate a public footpath leads along the edge of the estuary.

We stayed last year and loved the house - especially with ground floor bedroom and shower room for elderly member of family. Although not the most economical property it is beautifully situated to all amenities. We would love to return!!!!

We had a really good time the weather was very kind to us but would have been nice to have loungers outside so we went and bought camping loungers so we could enjoy the lovely garden and the view's in comfort.

Fantastic cottage in fabulous location! We had the best week of weather and there is so much to do! Would recommend using the Quad Bike service for luggage transfer from the car park. Parking was excellent and secure. The cottage was spotless and very comfortable for a family of 3, would definitely return.

A gorgeous house that none of us wanted to leave and all made plans for moving down and moving in. Loved all of it, house, location, local amenities. Enjoyed the kayaking and fishing from the garden, alfresco dining and the peace and quiet.
