An ideal choice for couples and families seeking a holiday retreat with all of the amenities of this coastal town right on the doorstep.  Easily accessible and a stones throw from the world famous Jurassic Coast of Lyme Bay.  This recently upgraded and comfortable holiday home is on the ground floor level with a kingsize bedroom and also a twin basement bedroom perfect for children and friends. Set only a few minutes walk from the main shopping area, with its cafes, pubs and restaurants, sandy beach and promenade,

The town is a wonderful location for those seeking a traditional seaside break and the famous Cob to explore.  For the more adventurous the South West Coast Path heads west through the amazing Undercliff between Lyme Regis and Axmouth, or east towards Charmouth and the magnificent National Trust land at Golden Cap. If you are planning a holiday without a car, the mainline railway station in nearby Axminster is served by a regular bus service (or taxis), to and from the town. Lyme Regis includes celebrity chef Mark Hix's superb Oyster and Seafood Restaurant, along with many other restaurants, cafes, pubs and tearooms.   A wide selection of independent shops, as well as an award winning museum, and small theatre can be found.

 

Front door to internal porch.  The Lounge diner has two comfortable sofas and a Flatscreen Smart TV/DVD with Netflix (to be used with guests' subscription), dining table and chairs.  The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with twin electric ovens, gas hob, washing machine with dryer, microwave, dishwasher and tall fridge/freezer.  Bedroom 1 is equipped with a Kingsize bed.  Shower Room with walk in shower, wash-hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.  Stairs leading down to basement Bedroom 2 with twin 3ft beds.

There is an alternative exit via the kitchen door to the outside area.  There is no outdoor seating with the apartment.

Nearest public parking 2 minute’s walk.  The closest long stay car park in Lyme Regis is Charmouth Road (DT7 3DW). For 2016 this carpark is £2 per day.  It is within easy walking distance of the property, town centre and seafront.

  • Pets: One small, well behaved dog welcome in public areas of property only (not bedrooms). Pet Charge £25 per dog per week.
