July 2017

We had a great stay thank you

June 2017

As previously stated we love it at No2 Beesands. Forgot to mention above that a nice bench seat at the front of the house would be good too. Nice out the to have breakfast.

March 2017

We had a lovely stay at 2 Beesands, very relaxing and a totally unspoilt part of the country. The staff at Toadhall were friendly, helpful and very efficient. Special thanks go to Daniel (Colin Farrell !) in property services and Dave (Jeff Bridges !) the electrician - both who helped resolve a couple of initial hiccups. We will definitely be booking through Toadhall again in the future, Many Thanks to you all Rebekah R-Jones

May 2015

This is the fourth time our family have used Toad Hall Cottages. We have always been delighted with the standard of accommodation and we were not disappointed this time! We do recommend Toad Hall Cottages and will come back as we love the area.

September 2014

We had a very nice holiday at 2 Beesands, we had a couple of issues but they were dealt with by Amanda to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend this cottage.

July 2014

Love Beesands hope to go again. Cottage perfectly situated.

June 2014

Loved it, we booked a second week at the same cottage in October whilst we were still there.

August 2013

Loved the cottage but would recommend the bathrooms are upgraded.

July 2013

No 2 Beesands is a lovely mixture of traditional and modern in a beautiful seaside setting. The cottage is extremely well appointed with every luxury you would want on a holiday catered for. The internet is a valued extra as phone signals in Beesands are hit and miss. It has been renovated to a very high standard and is very clean and welcoming. Beesands itself is a "hidden jewel". As soon as you drive into the village, you relax and stay that way for your entire stay.

July 2013

I forgot to complete the visitors book at the cottage but we had a wonderful time once again in an excellent cottage - p,ease tell Paul the owner for me please. He tells me he is going to sort the upstairs shower during the winter - if he does then that will be a bonus for us as visitors

June 2013

Although probably recently done, the property is a little tired round the edges and lots of small items need maintenance (loose fittings in bathroom, bed frames are very wobbly with loose/missing fixings, front door lock loose, shower cubicle door upstairs comes off runners). Possibly carpets on stairs/upstairs bedrooms need a deep clean. Front door is not very secure and probably needs a more up to date lock and door bolts. Cottage is very well equipped with broadband/TV/DVD player/video games etc. Kitchen is also well equipped. Maybe some tumbler type glasses would be useful to have. Position is perfect. Could not ask for more. We would happily come back another time. The niggles are relatively minor and fixable in an afternoon - overall score is 9 out of 10 as it is at the moment, would be nearer 10/10 if niggles fixed.

June 2013

really lovely cottage ,everything you need very homely and comfortable. excellent position ,very dog friendly ,can't wait to come back

April 2013

After spending a relaxing week at 2 Beesands, we are already looking at when we can go back for more! The cottage is a delight with so much space and so well equipped. Our two dogs loved laying in front of the log burner and the sound of the sea (literally 20 meters away) was lovely - even on the stormy nights! Many thanks to Toad Hall Cottages and to the owner for a most enjoyable stay.
