No. 2 Sandcastles is on the ground floor of a modern block of seven holiday apartments on Sandbanks’ main Banks Road. The property is located just moments away from the award winning sandy beach and is close all the local amenities of Sandbanks, which include restaurants, cafes and water sports.  Off road parking is available for one car and complimentary WIFI is offered.  A short car ride will take you to the popular seaside towns of Bournemouth and Poole with their many attractions and events and the rural countryside of the Purbecks and the Jurassic Coast is within easy reach and well worth exploring.

From the front door, a tile-effect hallway passes two bedrooms and a family bathroom and leads to the open plan lounge, dining area and separate kitchen with southerly aspect and access to the front of the building. The bright lounge area features a large screen TV and DVD player and from here double French doors lead directly to a small enclosed patio area with outside furniture provided, adjoining the front garden. From the dining area, furnished with a table and seating for 4, a door leads to the kitchen which is well appointed with a 4-burner gas hob with extractor hood above, microwave oven, Hotpoint washer-dryer, slim line dishwasher, electric oven, and a fridge with small freezer compartment. The double bedroom features a 5 ft king size bed and an en-suite with a shower cubicle, washbasin, WC.  Bedroom 2 is furnished with 3ft twin single beds. The family bathroom off the hallway features, a bath with shower mixer tap and shower over, WC and washbasin 

 

To the rear, an external shower is provided which is ideal for freshening up from the sandy beach while a power wash system provides the same convenience for mountain bikes or windsurfing gear.  A communal enclosed rear garden offers a barbecue/picnic area.

  • Pets: One small, well behaved dog welcome in public areas of property only (not bedrooms). Pet Charge £25 per dog per week.
