This chic 4-bedroom, dog friendly, semi -detached town house is located in the heart of Sandbanks with easy access to the beach.  Modern, stylish and family friendly this impressive holiday home offers exceptional accommodation for 8 guests with the benefit of a superb cinema room, a decked front and rear balcony area with the rear being directly accessed from the kitchen which overlooks the private dog secure garden. Conveniently located just a short 5 minute walk away from the award winning Blue Flag sandy beach it is also close to all the local amenities of Sandbanks, which include restaurants, cafes, and water sports. An easy drive or bus trip from the bus stop opposite the property brings you to the popular seaside towns of Bournemouth and Poole with their many attractions and events and the rural countryside of the Purbecks and the Jurassic Coast are also easily accessible and well worth visiting.

Offered over 3 floors.  The ground floor features a double bedroom (4'6" bed) with en-suite shower room* leading to the enclosed rear private garden. There's also a bunk bedroom (3' beds) with front aspect.  This floor also features the cinema room with comfortable sofas and large cinema screen.

The first floor offers an open plan kitchen/diner overlooking the enclosed private rear garden together with a utility room with washing machine and tumbles dryer. The kitchen is fitted to a high standard and the dining area seats 8 guests. The separate lounge area overlooking the front of the house with seating for 8 guests and access to a balcony with outside furnishings.  The second floor offers a master (super king sized bed) bedroom with an en-suite shower room with large shower cubicle and front aspect together with a twin bedroom (3' beds) with en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath.  This house is beautifully decorated and presented throughout and offers Sky Q (for the ultra HD experience), in the cinema room, master bedroom and the lounge area.


* Please Note: Water pressure, especially in the peak holiday season can be low on the peninsular, with a corresponding effect on shower efficiency.

The secure rear garden has a garden table and chairs on the patio, and also on the decked area which leads from the kitchen offers table and chairs for alfresco dining in the morining sunshine.

There is off road parking for two vehicles (side by side in front of the property).

Great doggie welcome box. House very good for 8 adults. Only down side was we would have liked to walk out in the evening to a pub. None within walking distance.

Yes we did. We had excellent support from Fiona (the ‘caretaker’ who responded quickly and efficiently when the fridge/freezer stopped working. A very lovely house

It was a superb property. It was particularly helpful to be telephoned by the housekeeper two days before to say that we could get in at noon. The maintenance team were also quick and efficient when a smoke alarm went mad.

We had an excellent week at 2 Westpoint. The property had everything we needed. The outside areas were perfect for alfresco dining and bbq’s. The standard of furnishings and equipment were excellent. Beds were all comfortable. The location was perfect - just a five minute stroll to the beach and two minutes to the ferry crossing which took us to Studland. A fantastic week for our family and our dog.
