24 The Salcombe, situated in one of the most sought after buildings in Salcombe is located in the very heart of the town within easy walking distance to a great selection of pubs, restaurants, shops, cafes, art galleries and the passenger ferry to popular sandy beaches. Both the lounge and bedroom have Juliet balconies with spectacular views of the Salcombe estuary - what better place to watch the comings and goings on the water.

The property has excellent facilities including a private parking space, access to the communal gardens, use of the shared outdoor heated swimming pool (seasonal opening times – usually start of May to end of October) and a mooring berth.

Please note that this property may not be suitable for children. 

Apartment entrance on second floor. By entrance is intercom with main door opening system. Open plan living area with Lounge area with sofa bed, TV, DVD player, L-shaped sofa with adjoining table for dining and additional TV with DVD player. Kitchen area with electric cooker and induction hob, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, microwave and washer dryer. Bedroom with king size bed, built in wardrobe, TV, DVD player and raised seating area with fold out chairs by Juliet balcony. En suite bathroom with Sitz bath (small) with shower over, basin and WC.

Also there is an additional coin operated washing machine and dryer in the communal laundry room in the building basement.

Use of communal gardens and swimming pool (open 8am-6pm. Pool not open outside of main season). Mooring berth available for one boat on the Salcombe Apartments private pontoon (max 5m in length including outboard motor).

Designated parking for one car. 

Included: Bed linen and towels. Electricity and heating (underfloor heating).

Telephone: No telephone. Mobile reception good. Wi-Fi (communal Wi-Fi in the building with the strongest signal in the main lobby).

Pets: Sorry, no pets.

Local facilities: Shops, restaurants and pubs in Salcombe all within a short walk. Beach: Across the estuary (via passenger ferry). Kingsbridge with supermarkets and all other facilities 6 miles.
