The owners of this well-appointed second floor flat, their own holiday home, have now made it available for other holiday visitors. Visitors enjoy a tremendous view out over the busy Lymington River with its yachts and boats. The Isle of Wight ferry with its local slow train connection along the shoreline also lies nearby and provides a link to the mainline station at Brockenhurst. Please note some low level noise from the trainline is to be expected.
This second floor apartment has an entrance hallway.

Yes we enjoyed our stay, but didnt realise how frequent the trains went past especially early in the morning, had to close bedroom windows but could still be heard a little. Maybe a warning about some train noise should be included in description.
Great location just out of the town so quiet but walking distance to shops pubs and restaurants. Balcony overlooks the marina and views across to Isle of Wight. Only 5 mins walk to ferry and train station. Would come to this property again.

Lovely location. It's great to wake up to the view of yachts and boats across the marina. Out of the way and quiet, but an easy walk into Lymington. We've loved both our stays here.
