This welcoming ground floor apartment is set in a fantastic location, right next to the lovely Thurlestone Sands beach in an exclusive development which has an outdoor swimming pool and spectacular sea views. Thurlestone village, a couple of miles away has a village Post Office and shop, a great village inn, tennis courts, a golf course and the South West Coastal Path passes right outside the apartment and meanders along the coastline offering some truly wonderful walks. The boating Mecca and bustling seaside town of Salcombe is well worth a visit as is the market town of Kingsbridge at the head of the Salcombe estuary. Not only is the apartment in a lovely location, but it is ideally situated to provide a base for exploring the South Hams, provided of course that you can tear yourself away from the pool and the views.
Entrance from lobby into hallway. Spacious, light and airy lounge/diner with fantastic views through the patio doors. Sofa and 2 armchairs, large Smart TV and DVD. Dining area with table and chairs to seat 6, side cabinet with games and ipod dock. Fitted kitchen with larder fridge and freezer, eye level double oven and gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and sink. Large master bedroom with 5ft double bed, fitted wardrobe and dressing table. En-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin, WC, shaver socket and heated towel rail. Second double bedroom with 5ft double bed, fitted wardrobe and dressing table. Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds. Family bathroom with bath and hand held shower, separate shower cubicle, hand basin, bidet, WC, shaver point and heated towel rail.
Patio doors lead out onto the private sun terrace with patio furniture and beautiful sea views. Heated swimming pool (open Spring Bank Holiday to end September) with landscaped terrace. The use of the pool is shared between the cottages and apartments situated next to the pool.

Pub, hotel restaurant, village shop and Post Office 2 miles by car, three quarters of a mile on foot. Kingsbridge with all facilities 5 miles. Salcombe 5 miles.
Loved our stay and if we'd known about the Beachouse's accessibility for disabled people sooner - we would have eaten there every day! Looking forward to coming back in the spring of 2018.
