Greenway Lodge, a handsome and spacious family sized property, located on the desirable west side of Seaton is conveniently positioned for a wonderful coastal holiday and within easy walking distance of the town centre and sea front.  Set in a peaceful location, well equipped and full of character.  This comfortable and modernised period house, with its appealing interior is tastefully furnished to create the perfect holiday residence. 

The coastal town of Seaton is situated at the mouth of the River Axe with a pebble beach facing directly onto Lyme Bay and stretching East to Seaton Hole. The town lies adjacent to the Axe Estuary wetlands and marshes, whilst being surrounding by beautiful rolling Devon countryside and quaint villages. Leisure and recreational opportunities include sailing, bowls, cricket, tennis, football and art classes. Located close by is the classic popular village of Beer (2 miles), Regency Sidmouth (8 miles) and Lyme Regis (7 miles) with it’s famous Cobb. 

 

The charming hallway leads to an impressive sized kitchen equipped with a breakfast table and chairs, full size electric Range cooker and induction hob, American style fridge freezer with chilled ice and water, microwave, radio, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a seperate dining room with table and chairs to seat six guests which leads to the Lounge with multiple sofas, fireplace, Flat screen TV, DVD and CD radio. Groundfloor cloakroom with WC and wash basin.  Stairs leading to first floor Bedroom 1 with 4ft 6 inch double bed.  Bedroom 2 with 4ft 6 inch double bed. Bedroom 3 with twin 2ft 6inch single beds which can be converted to a double.  Family bathroom with seperate shower, bath and WC.  

A delightful, enclosed garden with a secluded stone patio area and seating.

Plenty of off road parking to the front of the property.
