Front entrance. Stairs to first floor hall leading to open plan living room with two sofas, TV, DVD player, dining table to seat 8-9. Kitchen with gas hob, electric cooker, under counter fridge with ice box, microwave and washing machine. Second floor: Bedroom 1 with double bed, single bed and TV. Bedroom 2 with bunk beds. Family bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC.

No outside space however there is a public park around 100 yards from the property. 

One parking permit provided for guests for nearby car parks.

Depending on the time of year park in either Shadycombe car park (250 yards away) on Shadycombe road (if between Oct 1st - March 31st) or Creek car park (500 yards away) on Gould road (if between April 1st - Sept 30th).

 

  • Included: Bed Linen and towels (not beach towels), electricity, gas central heating. Travel cot, baby booster seat and stair gate.
  • Telephone: No telephone. Mobile signal good. Wi-Fi.
  • Pets: One dog allowed. (Pet charge £30.00 per week).
  • Local facilities:  Pubs, shops and restaurants all within a very short walk. Ferry to beach across the estuary 300 yards. Kingsbridge with supermarkets and all other facilities 6 miles.
