To the front is a large grass area and driveway with plenty of parking, to the rear a private patio which makes a perfect place for an al fresco meal, a cool glass of wine, or a morning coffee. Hilltop is a great place for a family holiday and for friends to reunite, and even allows up to three dogs! a perfect base to enjoy the glorious South Hams.

East Prawle is a traditional Devon village with a quirky local pub which has a popular live music venue and also a shop and café, all nestled around the scenic village green all positioned in a clifftop location perfect for exploring the South West Coast Path, historic Dartmouth, 40 minutes away and the bustling market town of Kingsbridge is 30 minutes away. The popular sailing town of Salcombe can be accessed from the foot ferry at East Portlemouth, 3 miles away, with shops, cafes and restaurants. A host of beaches, local villages and attractions are all waiting to be explored from this fabulous destination.

Back into hallway, half landing stairs lead to first floor hallway, right to master bedroom, sea views, zip link superking/twin bed.  Family bathroom, bath with shower over, WC and hand basin. Bedroom 2, zip link suprking/twin, views over village and surrounding countryside. Bedroom 3 ziplink superking/twin bed views to the front over surrounding countryside and the village.

Great decor, great beds. Cosy. Washing machine incredibly useful. Would benefit from blackout lining to curtains in bedrooms as lots of big windows and freezer within the property. Will definitely be back.
