Not far from the seafront in Lyme Regis this recently refurbished, semi-detached house has an 'upside down' design with ground floor bedrooms, allowing the upstairs lounge to benefit from the wonderful sea views. Tastefully decorated and furnished this property really does 'tick all the boxes' in terms of great holiday accommodation. With three bedrooms; two bathrooms; some lovely views across the town to the stunning West Dorset coastline and a south-facing deck and garden this house provides an ideal holiday property for families and couples alike, all in a quiet location only a few minutes walk from the town centre. Lyme Regis is a wonderful location for those looking for a traditional seaside holiday. As well as a family friendly sandy beach and seafront promenade, the town includes celebrity chef Mark Hix's superb Oyster and Seafood Restaurant, There are a wide selection of independent shops, as well as an award winning museum, a small theatre and many restaurants, cafes, pubs and tearooms. For the more adventurous the South West Coast Path heads west through the amazing Undercliffe between Lyme Regis and Axmouth, or east towards Charmouth and the magnificent National Trust land at Golden Cap.

Beautiful house and garden, a home from home experience. Fabulous views and so well equipped. Highly recommend, will be back again.
Loved our stay at Little Rowan, beautiful property and garden. Only downside for us was steep hills, as pensioners found this a bit difficult. would definitely use Toad Hall again.

The reservation and booking process was very smooth and easy and the property was marvelous. It was extremely well equipped and well cared for, and we were able to have a great holiday free from any worries. It was good to have parking so close to Lyme Regis centre, and the garden and views across Lyme were very much appreciated.
