Lynlee is a modern, semi-detached holiday home located in an elevated residential area, about fifteen minutes walk down to the beaches, shops and restaurants of the lovely seaside town of Lyme Regis. The house is part of a small, cul de sac development of new townhouse properties that includes a playground area for young children. This house offers the ideal 'home from home', providing very good quality holiday accommodation for couples and families. There are three good-sized bedrooms on the first floor (two with double beds). The master bedroom includes an en suite shower room and there is a separate family bathroom. The ground floor comprises a comfortable lounge/dining room with doors to the patio as well as a separate, small but well-equipped, kitchen. The house is very well furnished and comes with wi-fi internet access and a full Sky TV package (including sports and movie channels). At the rear there is a paved patio with garden furniture, the perfect spot in which to sit and enjoy a glass of wine or to dine al fresco. This property also has the added advantage of garage parking for one car plus space for a second car off-road.
The pretty and un-spoilt Dorset seaside town of Lyme Regis has many independent shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes as well as a sandy beach, harbour and seafront promenade. It's a great destination for a relaxing, traditional seaside holiday. This is also the perfect base from which to explore the whole World Heritage Coast of West Dorset and East Devon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only minor criticism we had was the sofa which we did not find comfortable! The owners put in a lot of thought and attention to detail which was much appreciated.
We had a lovely stay at Lynlee. It was very clean, well furnished and stocked with everything you need; it was a home from home. The gifts left for our arrival were a lovely touch and its little things like that which make a difference. The information about the property and Lyme Regis left by the owners was very useful. We would be very happy to stay here again if we visit Lyme Regis in the future and will definitely recommend this property to Family and friends.
Lynlee is very well equipped, modern, spotlessly clean and cosy, situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac. Very nice welcoming extras from the owner and plenty of information on Lyme Regis and surrounding area. We have never stayed in a holiday let before with such comfortable beds. Nice bonus of the full sky tv package too. The house is within walking distance of the seafront and shops, although we didn't attempt it - we chose to park in the long stay car park on the Cobb side of Lyme at £2 for the day!!! (There is another one on Charnmouth Rd at the same price). We would definitely recommend Lynlee and will return when holidaying again in Lyme.
We were delighted with this house and it's location. Close to the town and beach but lovely and quiet. The owner's go out of their way to make it a home from home supplying essentials of soap, shower gel, washing up items, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cooking oil, salt and pepper. It is these gestures which go a long way to making a stay pleasant and stress free. Thank you. Janice Bird
Great location and accommodation
The house was very well presented, very clean and the welcoming touches were really appreciated. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a location near the town and willing to use the car for transport.
Thoroughly enjoyed our week. Well equipped and with child friendly garden for toddler. Pleased to find all sorts of goodies left for us on arrival, wine, fudge, milk etc. Will certainly recommend.
