June 2019

Best property we have ever stayed in! Even when weather inclement. Lovely and clean, plenty of equipment. Great location, beaches and restaurant within easy walking distance. We will definitely return.

May 2019

Yes we really enjoyed our stay so much so that we have booked to stay again in September.Dog poos in garden which we cleared up—would have preferred not to!

We're so sorry that you had to clear up another guest's dog mess. We try to encourage guests to clean up after their pets, but some don't seem to respect that. We hope it didn't detract too much from your holiday.

Our third stay and most enjoyable. We will be back.

April 2019

Yes, we enjoyed our stay and hope to go again. The only niggle was that the water and heating only came on for two hours morning and night, so really couldn't have a lie in, a.m. or shower when we came home from beach until evening. There wasn't much thought for elderly people who need to keep warm when it was very cold. I know it's been abused by guests in the past, but it would be nice if it was extended for an hour each morning and night. Otherwise, excellent.

February 2019

By far our favourite after all the houses we have stayed in. Thank you!

December 2018

We had an amazing time at the house. Great location and was lovely to find a Christmas hamper and prosecco in the fridge ! Also to have a real tree in the lounge was welcoming. The little things like soap dispensers and toilet rolls in all the bathrooms had been thought about. Very comfortable ,high standard of fixtures and fittings. It was wonderful to go for a walk on the beach Christmas morning and having previously read the oven manual, i managed the full Christmas meal !!

October 2018

Loved it.

August 2017

As we enter our last day, I feel that I must write to say how much we have enjoyed ourselves despite some very windy weather and a full day on Wednesday when it poured! Your house was everything we could have wished for and more?. It is beautifully sheltered and inside there was every modern convenience. Your notes asked for any constructive suggestions and there were only two very minor points upstairs which are very easy to rectify and you have confirmed these will be dealt with. Sky TV was a plus and your games were put to good use especially Scrabble. We were seven persons ageing from 4 to 77? plus a small well behaved dog whose hairs do not moult and we all loved it.

March 2016

We had a fantastic trip to the beautiful village of Thurlestone. We particularly enjoyed the amazing cliff top walk to Salcombe and one of the best meals ever at The Beachouse. Thurlestone beach is lovely and so is The Village Inn. Marshalls accommodated 8 adults very well and is terrific having just been upgraded substantially. Everything is new and immaculate. Can't fault it. Loads of parking, fabulous views, secure garden, easy walk to great golf course, excellent bathrooms and kitchen etc etc
