Quay Way, a first floor apartment, is a deceptively peaceful haven nestled in the bustling seaside town of Looe, Cornwall. Access is via a door from the winding streets of East Looe and the property is set back above a quiet lane. With excellent access to local shops, inns, restaurants and the added bonus of being just a few minutes walk from the sandy beach, Quay Way Apartment has the best of both worlds! This would make a perfect getaway break for couples and can be booked in conjunction with Dorrill Cottage next door, making this a good choice for families with teenagers or grandparents who may prefer their own space.

Stairs leading to first floor. Living/dining room with feature stone wall, leather sofa, armchair, flat screen TV with built-in DVD and drop leaf table and seating for three. Kitchen with ceramic hob, built-in electric oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer (in cupboard). Stairs up to second floor. Double bedroom with 4ft 6in double and fitted wardrobes. An additional fold-our bed can be made available for an extra person if required. Shower room with shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.
No private parking available. Parking is at the Millpool public car park, 5-10 minutes walk away (charges apply).

- Electricity and heating: By key meter (there will be a £10 gratuity provided on arrival). German “dynamic” storage heaters provided. WiFi

- Local Facilities: Beach within a 5 minute walk. Other south coast beaches easily accessible by car. Shops, pubs and restaurants all in Looe (very close proximity). Polperro 4 miles. Plymouth 21 miles. Truro 29 miles.

A lovely stay. The property owner was welcoming and helpful, even organising us a car parking space. The property location was excellent and there was great access to all local amenities.
Delightful owner, sadly selling the property, otherwise would have booked to stay here again.
Everything was perfect except the lack of a washing line and also the hot drinks mugs and a number of glasses had chips in them.
We had a wonderful stay at Quay Way Apartment. Being located right in the centre of Looe meant we hardly used our car in 2 weeks! The beach and quay were literally 2 mins walk away and the apartment is surrounded my great pubs and restaurants and was just what we needed to unwind for a couple of weeks! Definitely recommend the Quay Way Apartment!
A brilliant apartment as a base for exploring Cornwall, the owner was very helpful and welcoming. The property just needs a good clean at this stage in the season.
The owner Mr Foxhall was such a great host. From calling us as we were on our way down, to letting us use her parking space.

Really enjoyable stay in a fabulous apartment in Looe. The owner and Toadhall Cottages were excellent, and the Dog pack received during my staff was really thoughtful. It's those little touches that mean a lot. Will continue to book with Toadhall and stay at Quay Way again!
