Sunnyside is a spacious detached house located on a quiet lane just a moments’ walk from the heart of Hope Cove. This child and dog friendly property makes a perfect base whether it’s for a family or couple or group. A great sandy beach and the village pub, café and shop are all within a couple hundred yards. The master bedroom and patio area have sea views so you can relax and unwind as you watch the evening sunset over the bay.

Ground floor entrance to hall leading to kitchen with electric cooker and hob, fridge, separate mini freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dining table to seat 6. Lounge with sofa, two armchairs, tub chair, feature log burner (not in use), TV and DVD player. Bedroom 2 with double bed. Bedroom 3 with twin beds. Family bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. First floor: Master bedroom with king size bed. (Please note: door from master bedroom leads directly out to top of staircase - there is a fixed stairgate at the top of the staircase for safety). Bathroom across landing with bath (no shower), basin and WC.

Large garden with raised patio area with sea views with table and chairs and barbecue. Outside tap and rotary line ideal for cleaning and drying wetsuits.

For 2 cars on private drive. Please note that the approach to the property is along a narrow private access road (approx 8ft wide).

Included: Bed linen (no towels), electricity and oil central heating. Travel cot, high chair and fixed stair gates.  

Pets: One dog allowed. More by negotiation but not two medium or large dogs. (Pet charge £30.00 per dog per week).

Telephone: Telephone at property for incoming, local outgoing and emergency calls. Mobile reception generally poor. Wi-Fi.

Local facilities: Sandy beach 150 yards. Hope & Anchor pub, village shop and post office all 150 yards. Salcombe 4 miles. Kingsbridge with all facilities 5 miles.

A lovely cottage, I really enjoyed my holiday. Extremely well equipped and comfortable. Access was difficult but otherwise a fantastic location.

This is for 40 Coombe Street - not sure which of the three Sunnysides it is on the list. We thought the house was lovely and extremely well equipped, comfortable and well decorated. It was a lovely place to spend the week and we may well come back.
