For the more adventurous the South West Coast Path heads west through the amazing Undercliff between Lyme Regis and Axmouth, or east towards Charmouth and the magnificent National Trust land at Golden Cap. November 2017

a wonderful apartment with a wonderful view. Max the pug loved it to

October 2017

This was our fourth stay in this excellent accommodation. As usual a very enjoyable stay.

October 2017

This was my second stay and I loved it just as much as the first one. The week flew by and I was sad to leave. It's quiet and the view is amazing, but it's close enough to shops and restaurants, takeaways and pubs that it's not completely isolated. A wonderful place to stay.

July 2017

This is our 4th visit to this property and we certainly hope to visit again.

May 2017

Well equipped and felt like home from home. Going through the private door and onto the beach was like going through the back of the wardrobe into Narnia.

April 2017

Just a couple of things: The kitchen table is very wobbly (drinks easily spill when you sit down if you're not careful! The two wooden chairs (that go with the half moon table) are VERY wobbly to the point that we didn't used them in case they broke. The shower drain needs a serious clean as it is not draining properly. Couldn't find instructions for the oven but we may have just not found them? Mattresses could do with replacing (we turned them over which helped the 'dip' a little bit). It is also worth noting that the floors are paper thin and when the neighbours are in you can hear every word and their music etc!

Thank you for your comments and sorry you found the beds uncomfortable. They are zip link with good quality mattresses and other guests have found them to be very comfortable. We’ll look into the wobbly furniture and get that resolved, but hope you still enjoyed your stay.

Unloading luggage very difficult because of the unloading area was terrible due to the location of said parking areas was knowhere near the property Impossible to park your car in the nearest carpark only twenty spaces .then you have a fifty yard walk down step's, up metal stairs then up more stairs to the property If you struggle with walking forget this property John Gibson

Thank you very much for your 5* review of Tenerife. We do mention on our website for this property that it is not suitable for people with limited mobility. We have found people love it's tucked away position whilst still being located in the centre of Lyme.

April 2017

One or two items need a bit of TLC. One of the cupboard doors (kitchen) needs hinge fixing. Bird pooh (that was there last year) on large window needs cleaning. Vastly inadequate light outside (PIR lights inoperative part of steps). Pathway leading to property very mossy and very slippy. All small things that could and should be taken care of, some to allay H&S concerns. We've been to this property multiple times and really enjoy staying here. Hopefully we will be returning soon.

We are delighted you enjoyed your stay at Tenerife and will be returning again. The view of Lyme Bay is stunning from the big lounge window but in good seaside fashion it is susceptible to the elements. The owner is particular about ensuring the guests enjoy their stay in comfort and will action the few points you mentioned which are easily remedied. Thank you for the helpful feedback.

March 2017

The sheets were rather old and rough, otherwise it was a great place to stay.

March 2017

Would be difficult for less agile or older people, very young children or older dog. There are a lot of external metal stairs which are slippery when wet, and gaps to fall into. Also the outside communal stone stairs to the beach need to be swept and cleaned. Very dirty.

Thank you for your 5* review of Tenerife. We will pass your comments on to the owner regarding the outside communal steps. We are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay and hope to welcome you back soon.

October 2016

A fabulous apartment in an amazing setting with wonderful views over the Cobb and beyond. Had a very restful week @ Teneriffe and because there is so much to see & do within walking distance the car stayed in the carpark most of the time. A wonderful way to enjoy Lyme Regis and even the weather was good!

July 2016
