This is a beautiful place in a stunning location, extremely comfortable and attractive inside, and we really appreciate being allowed to visit with our two dogs. We did find it hard to understand the directions to the non-4x4 parking so arrived slightly stressed out. The clearest way to put it would be the layby across from the first entrance to Waterhead Farm as you drive from South Pool. On the pencilled sketch this is called a Passing/Parking place, not a layby as it is in the directions, and there are various other pull-ins. We drove up and down a few times!
Waterhead Cottage is absolutely idyllic and we thoroughly enjoyed our week's break
Toad Hall always very efficient and helpful in our experience to thank you for that. We really enjoyed our holiday in Devon.
We found toadhall cottages in/around 2002,and would always use you as a first reference to our holidays in devon.Excellent website, the best properties available and a 5 star phone service (never a recorded message).Would strongly recommend.
We had an excellent holiday and the property was far better than we were expecting. Very well equipped. The caretaker and owner were particularly helpful. Thank you
