No. 3 Sandcastles is on the first floor of a modern block of seven holiday apartments on Sandbanks’ main Banks Road. Attractively decorated, well furnished and equipped to a high standard the property is located just moments away from the award winning sandy beach.  Off road parking is available for one car and complimentary WIFI is offered.  It is close all the local amenities of Sandbanks, which include restaurants, cafes and water sports. A short drive will take you to the popular seaside towns of Bournemouth and Poole with their many attractions and events and the rural countryside of the Purbecks and the Jurassic Coast are easily accessible and well worth a trip out.  Access to the apartment is via a secure lobby and stairwell.

From the entrance door, the hallway features a tiled floor and leads past  two bedrooms, a family bathroom and on to the living area with its southerly aspect. The lounge is furnished with an L shaped leather sofa and a 42” freeview TV and DVD player.  From here, double French doors open onto a balcony offering views to a southerly aspect with glimpses of Sandbanks beach and Poole Bay. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob with extractor over, a microwave oven, slim line dishwasher, under-counter fridge-freezer and washer-dryer. The dining area features a smart glass dining table with four leather dining chairs.  The master bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite with shower, basin and WC. Twin bedroom 2 is furnished with 3ft single beds. The family bathroom features a bath with fully integrated shower over, washbasin, and WC.

To the rear, an external shower is provided which is ideal for freshening up from the sandy beach while a power wash system provides the same convenience for mountain bikes or windsurfing gear.  A communal enclosed rear garden offers a barbecue/picnic area.
