Whether you're dining or relaxing, the lounge is a light and airy room, and if you're lucky, the space will be flooded with sunshine!
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a family holiday.

The spacious family bathroom at the front of the house has a bath, wc and hand basin.
The bijou, second bedroom has a double bed and a chest of drawers. You can see the views across the fields and the edge of the golf course.
The en-suite with large walk-in shower, wc and hand basin.
There's ample space at the dining table for family meals or a game of Trivial Pursuit.
The third bedroom has a set of twins, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
From this view, you can see how spacious and private the decking is, plus those lovely relaxing views.
You'll have great views of the golf course and surrounding countryside from the decking, which is accessed from the lounge.
The lounge has comfortable sofas, and a wide selection of books and family games including a Nintendo Game Cube.
I love the breakfast bar - perfect for a peaceful start to the day.

Visit the Kiosk at Helford Passage for boat and paddle board hire and for the foot ferry across to Helford Village!
Try Helford Passage for the beach, kayak and paddleboard hire, plus the renowned Ferry Boat Inn.
The must-see Eden Project is about an hour's drive away.
Events Square in Falmouth is great for restaurants.
Truro is our capital city - visit for pubs, restaurants, the Hall for Cornwall or just for shopping!
Try the Maritime Museum in Falmouth for a fun-filled family day out.
Gyllyngvase Beach is the largest in Falmouth. Perfect for both sandcastles and rock-pooling. The Gylly Beach Cafe serves really good food.
Visit nearby Trebah garden for a fantastic stroll, lunch at the café or an ice cream on the beach.
