You'll have a gas barbecue and table and chairs outside. The garden is shared with Dem 1, 2, and 3. Use of outdoor communal swimming pool. Stunning river views. Private parking for one car.

If you tire of the view, you'll find a Sky box and a DVD player in the living area.
Dual aspect windows make this living and dining area a bright and airy space.
The bed is a 4ft 6 double with space for a travel cot if needed.
Leading off the master bedroom, you'll find an en-suite shower room.
There's a second double bedroom upstairs via the spiral staircase.
The spiral staircase leads from the main floor up to the second bedroom. The steps are quite narrow so may not be suitable for elderly, infirm or very young guests.
The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area has a real feeling of space, light and comfort.
There's an en-suite toilet and basin leading off from the second bedroom.
