Spectacularly located directly above Inner Hope Beach and village with undisturbed views over the bay. Hillside is a very special, comfortable and quirky property full of the owners’ personality and charm providing modern comfort and a marvellous vantage point at any time of year.

Natural earth steps, (35) part of the South West Coastal Path, lead from parking area to garden gate. A steep winding path rises through the garden up 14 more steps to the property, (The route to property is approx 100 metres from the parking area. Due to the steep access and number of steps we would  consider Hillside unsuitable for the elderly or infirm).

Ground floor: Step up to conservatory with several sofas, dining table with chairs and benches to seat 6, ping pong table, telescope. Step up to entrance hall. Lounge with open fireplace, sofas and armchair, flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD, books and games. Kitchen diner with electric oven and eye level grill, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher, dining table and sofa, flat screen TV, french doors into the conservatory. Bedroom 1: Single 3ft bed with pull out guest bed, to form 2 singles or 1 double (please advise at time of booking if double is required). Door to rear utility room with washing machine, second fridge, clothes/wet suit drying area. Adjacent shower room with basin, shower cubicle and WC. First Floor Master bedroom with king size bed, dressing area,  built in wardrobes, views of the bay. En suite bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and WC. Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with 3ft beds, chest of drawers. En suite shower room in the eaves, basin and WC.

Sloping gated garden below house, at the bottom of which passes the South West Coastal Path. Large decked areas either side of the house with glass balustrades, perfect for taking in the view. Built in barbecue area, garden furniture.  

Designated parking spaces for up to 2 cars on owners private gated parking area, at road level below the property.

  • Included: Bed linen, electric, oil fired central heating, Wifi, travel cot and high chair.
  • Pets: 1 well behaved dog welcome. (Pet charge £25.00 per week).
  • Telephone: Incoming, local outgoing and emergency calls only.Honestly box provided for mobile and national calls. Mobile reception poor.
  • Local facilities: Beaches below, Pub 400 metres across the beach, Restaurant 200 metres, Excellent village shop and post office 500 metres. Kingsbridge and Salcombe 5 miles.
