Raglans is a light and spacious detached house located on a peaceful lane just a moments’ walk from the sandy beach and main eateries in Hope Cove. The reverse level setup means the lounge enjoys distant sea views and makes a great space for entertaining guests. There is a large enclosed deck meaning you can take in the sunshine at most times of the day. The South West Coast Path is just a couple hundred yards from the front door and from here you can take in lovely walks in both directions either heading towards Salcombe or Thurlestone.

Ground floor entrance to hall with area for coats and shoes. Master bedroom with 5ft king size bed and large en suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC. Bedroom 2 with 4ft 6in double bed. Bedroom 3 with 3ft twin beds (no windows). Family bathroom with shower cubicle, basin and WC. First floor: Lounge with distant sea views, two sofas, one armchair, TV, DVD player, and electric ‘log burner effect’ fire. Kitchen with electric cooker and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, dining table to seat up to 6 and access to deck. Utility room with microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, extra fridge, sink and access to deck.

Enclosed terrace with table and chairs and barbecue (accessed from first floor).

Please note that there is a bolted gate on the decking that leads to a drop (for emergency exit use only) - due to this young children should be supervised when on the terrace. 

For 2 cars on private drive.

Included: Bed linen and towels, electricity and oil central heating. Travel cot, high chair and stair gate.  

Pets: Two dogs allowed (Pet charge £30.00 per dog per week).

Telephone: Telephone at property for incoming and emergency calls only. Mobile reception generally poor. Wi-Fi.

Local facilities: Sandy beach, coast path, Hope & Anchor pub, Cove restaurant and village shop and post office all within a short walk. Salcombe 4 miles. Kingsbridge with all facilities 5 miles.

We had a lovely stay the cottage is very well equipped and very comfortable just a few things - blind in the bedroom fell down when we tried to close it and the plinths under kitchen cupboards also fell down, but these are minor things - overall we loved it and the little terrace was ideal for the dog.

It is great to see you had such an enjoyable stay at this popular property. We will be sure to pass on your feedback to the owner so that the minor issues can be rectified as soon as possible.

Great location , Hope Cove and surrounding areas all worth visiting. Cottage so nice to stay in a clean and comfortable home would have liked to have stayed longer. We hope to get return again soon.
